Your Account

We only allow those with an account to access our inventory and pricing. To create an account simply follow this link and complete the form. Our sales team will review your request and send you login information for your new account.

What if I need sample of one of the fabrics?

We are happy to offer samples or sometimes called memos per your request. These requests are processed daily and mail out via parcel post.  

What if I need help with the website?

We want to make our website as user friendly as possible. We have included many of the common search categories and tags to help you quickly find what you are looking for. If you are having problems, please contact customer service and they will be happy to walk you through how to find what you need. 800-733-5278 Ext 121

What is a CFA? 

CFA stands for “cutting for approval.” If you have chosen a fabric, we will cut a sample from the roll you choose and send it to you for final approval. This is sent via UPS or FEDEX free of charge to our clients.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If something is wrong with your order you can contact us via web form or through our customer service number and we will be happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

We are happy to special order items for you that we do not carry in stock.  These items must be paid for in advance. On items where we have the option of returning them there is a 25% restocking fee. Please note, some items may not be able to be returned.

We offer the following payment types: All major credit cards; COD; Open Account or Company Check via Terms; Paypal

Can I put fabric on hold?

Often times you are working on an order for a client but you are not ready to place the final order. In times like this, we offer the option of putting the fabric on hold until you have time to finalize details with your clients.  Fabric can be on hold for up to 10 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking information with your invoice so that you can track your order.

When do I pay?

Payment is expected at the time the order is placed. Your credit card will be charged once the order is ready to ship.  If you have established credit terms with our company, you will receive an invoice that is due Net 10 on the invoice date.
